Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, and courier or transport services.
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–10 business days across India. However, deliveries to remote locations or during unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or transport delays may take longer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment. Certain products or promotional offers may qualify for free shipping. Heavy machinery or oversized equipment may require special transportation, and additional freight charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including complete address, contact number, and PIN code. We shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
