Customers may request a return only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the ordered item. Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear photographs or videos as proof of the issue.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices. Products that have been used, modified, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Customized products, special-order machinery, electrical components, installation charges, transportation charges, and products damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept delivery or immediately notify us after delivery with supporting photographs. We recommend checking all products upon receipt.
